The 12-Week "Living It" itinerary

We’ll be journeying from food to meditation to exercise (and beyond!) while both setting + maintaining goals along the way.

Module 1: Trip Planning

We’ll set intentions and identify our “why” for our journeys.

Module 2: Upgrading Our Meals

We’ll experiment to determine the right way of eating for our individual bodies.

Module 3: Moving with Ease

We’ll get motivated, move our bodies, and feel the benefits without the shame and guilt.

Module 4: Happy Hydration

We’ll discover how to easily hydrate and why it’s so important.

 

Module 5: Let's Breathe

We’ll explore deep breathing techniques to bring calm into our everyday.

Module 6: Meditation for the Impatient

We’ll practice simple but effective techniques to do anytime, anywhere.

Module 7: Let's Have Some Fun

Bringing joy into our lives is so important. We’ll explore how we can have fun everyday!

Module 8: Making Time For It All

We’ll explore ways to fit more self-care into our lives.

 

Module 9: Creating Space

Together we will declutter to create space in our homes and lives.

Module 10: Unplugging

We’ll work on setting boundaries in a 24/7technical world.

 

Module 11: Rest

We’ll focus on getting a better night’s sleep to feel more rested and energized.

Module 12: Bringing it All Together

We will review everything we’ve covered and adjust where needed.

This is not a diet plan or trendy short-term solution.

It is a safe, small connected community for those who are truly ready to make changes, and know that skimping on their health + well-being is no longer an option.

This was what I desperately needed, but couldn't find.

 

My own journey...

In my early 30's, after consistently working crazy hours as a tech company founder, taking care of my family, and NOT taking care of myself...

I collapsed... literally.

Determined to restore my health and frustrated with doctors offering me prescriptions but no answers, I took matters into my own hands. I paid attention to how foods made me feel, the importance of sleep and regular exercise, the effects of caffeine, and the role of happiness, positive thinking, and meaningful connections. And guess what... I got better and discovered what I needed to thrive.  

Now, 20 years later...      

I eat to feel great.   I meditate.   I listen to my body.   I walk my walk.

You see... finding happiness, health, + balance isn’t about following someone else's plan. It is about finding out what truly nourishes YOU.

"Living It" Dates and rates:

Both groups will meet weekly and begin on Wednesday, February 7, 2018 and will run for 12 weeks.

Virtual Group

If you live far away, travel frequently, work late, or just like being comfy at home, the virtual group is for you. Our weekly meetings will take place on Zoom, a video-conferencing platform. 

 

In-Person Group

If you live in the Boston area and prefer a face-to-face connection, the in-person group is the way to go. Our meetings will alternate between my home in Weston, MA and group conference calls.

 

 

Virtual Group will meet weekly from 12:15 - 1:15 pm ET  - Sessions will be recorded if you can’t make it.

 

 

In-Person Group will meet weekly from 7:00 - 8:15 pm ET  - We’ll alternate between my house and group calls.

Can I try it out and get a refund if it doesn’t work for me?

Since there are only a limited number of spots, I have a firm no-refund policy. If you have not worked with me in the past, you may want to sign up for a FREE 15 Minute Coaching Call to get to know me better.

 

What if I have to miss a meeting?

All virtual meetings and conference calls will be recorded for you in case you can't make it. There will not be make-up sessions for in-person meetings.
