1 apple, cored and chopped
1 cup coconut, rice, almond or hemp milk
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
1⁄2 inch slice of ginger (optional)
2 tablespoons of flax seeds
Pinch of nutmeg

Combine all ingredients in blender; blend until smooth. Can use pumpkin pie spice for spices.
