6 sheets nori or lettuce leaves 1 avocado
1⁄4 cup sauerkraut or kimchee

1 tomato, diced
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
1 cup sprouts (of choice)
1-2 tablespoons Tahini Dressing (optional)

Lay out the nori or lettuce leaves. Place all the ingredients on each leaf and roll up. Add 1-2 tablespoons of Tahini Dressing for extra flavoring or a dash of cayenne pepper for some heat.
