Orange Veggie Smoothie

  • 1 Carrot (chopped)
  • 4 Florets of Broccoli
  • 2 Handfuls of Spinach
  • 1 Apple (chopped)
  • 2 Oranges (peeled and quartered)
  • Orange Juice to dilute
