Chili Dipped Wraps 

1 bunch of Swiss chard, finely sliced
1 zucchini, thinly julienned
1 grated beet
1 red bell pepper, thinly julienned
1 avocado cubed
1⁄2 jicama, thinly julienned

Please choose your favorite healthy green such as collard, romaine lettuce, or kale, or Nori sheet.

3 tablespoon sunflower or almond butter
3⁄4 teaspoon grated ginger
3⁄4 teaspoon garlic
3⁄4 teaspoon dried chipotle chili powder (or less to taste)
2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoon water
1 teaspoon honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Thinly slice the vegetables. Add the dip ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth. Then add this delicious mixture to the cut up vegetables and mix well. Wrap with collard greens, romaine lettuce, Nori or kale.
