Apple Pie Smoothie

1 apple, cored and chopped
1 cup coconut, rice, almond or hemp milk
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
1⁄2 inch slice of ginger (optional)
2 tablespoons of flax seeds
Pinch of nutmeg

Combine all ingredients in blender; blend until smooth. Can use pumpkin pie spice for spices.

1 cup coconut milk, rice, almond or hemp milk or more as needed
1 1/2 cups baby spinach
1 banana
1 avocado
3 Tablespoons, rounded, organic cacao powder
2 Tablespoons chia seeds
1/2 cup frozen berries

Combine all ingredients in blender; blend until smooth.

1 cup pumpkin puree (home-made or canned)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
2 Tablespoons raw honey or 5 drops stevia

Combine all ingredients in blender; blend until smooth.

Vegetable Smoothie Recipe

Prep time: 2 minutes

Yields: 2 people

Ingredients: 

  • 2 medium tomato
  • 1/2 medium avocado
  • 6 leaves romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 medium cucumber
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions: 

  1. Blend all ingredients until completely smooth. Serves 1-2

Ingredients: 

  • 2.5 oz spinach
  • 5 kale leaves
  • 3/4 avocado
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 2 scoops green drink, berry (Greens 8000)
  • 4 ice cubes

Directions: 

  1. Blend all ingredients until completely smooth. Serves 1-2
