MY STORY...

At age 31, in the middle of a successful career as a tech entrepreneur and being a mom, I collapsed.  Literally. 

When doctors couldn't tell me what was wrong, I took matters into my own hands and started experimenting. Through trial and error I learned what works, what is a waste of time, and why there isn't a one-size-fits all solution to health and happiness. I restored my own health and now help others take an investigative approach to their health without shame, guilt, or self-judgement.
