My Story...

At age 31, in the middle of a successful career as a tech entrepreneur and being a mom, I collapsed.  

Literally. 

When doctors couldn't tell me what was wrong, I took matters into my own hands and started experimenting.

Through trial and error I learned what works, what is a waste of time, and why there isn't a one-size-fits all solution to health and happiness. Now I help others do the same.
